Every report you file earns credits. Credits unlock recognition, brand vouchers, and exclusive perks — the more you report, the more you earn.
How you earn credits

Credits are cumulative per report — each new status milestone adds to your total.
How credits are redeemed
Credits don't expire. Redemption is automatic — no claiming required. The system evaluates your balance every quarter and applies rewards.

The 50 reporters with the highest credits at the end of each quarter receive vouchers from our CSR brand partners — food, shopping, lifestyle, and more.
Featured Reporter Status
LiveGuardian & Legend tier
Top-tier reporters get a "Featured" badge on their profile and appear in the CivicGuard Spotlight section visible to all users.
Leaderboard Recognition
LiveAll tiers, updated weekly
Your name, credits, and badges appear on the public leaderboard — visible to every citizen and organisation using CivicGuard.
